JKPSC PTI Posts uploading of Documents.

JKPSC Filling up of the posts of Physical Training Instructor in Higher Education Department- Uploading of documents thereof; JKPSC PTI Posts uploading of Documents.

Whereas, the J&K Public Service Commission had vide Notification No.08-PSC (DRP) of 2021 dated 18-08-2021 advertised 52 posts of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in Higher Education Department.

Whereas, the last date for filing application form, online, was prescribed as 22-09- 2021 and documents as per the details given below were required to be uploaded with the application form:-

5. Medical certificate as required under Recruitment Rules before undertaking physical fitness test.
6 NET/SET/SLET/PhD (One of the three is mandatory) Documents (Mandatory if claiming benefit under that category)
7 Category Certificate-01 leaf
8 Disability certificate
9 In-service certificate signed by HOD Nil
Any other document for which the candidate is claiming weightage as per J&K (Business and Procedure) Rules, 2021
10 M.Phil degree certificate alongwith result Notification
11 NIS Diploma from SAI in the relevant field.
12 JRF(NET + JRF) Certificate
13 National/State Awards certificates relevant to the subject conferred by the Ministry of Youth Services, GOI/Government of J&K-03 Ivs
14 Experience certificates, as per format-upto 05 lvs.
15 Certificate regarding conduct of Coaching camps at National Level, as per format-03 lvs.
16 ‘C’ Certificate in NCC activities-01 leaf
17 Certificate of Distinction in Sports in terms of J&K Appointment of Outstanding
Sports Persons)Rules, 1998-01 leaf
18 Publication of books as 1st and 2nd Author as per format.
19 Gold Medal Certificate for overall first position in the prescribed qualification-01 leaf
20 Research papers as 1/11 or corresponding author as per format. Nil

Whereas, it has been noticed that some of the candidates who have applied for these posts, have not uploaded their mandatory/requisite documents. Whereas, taking a lenient view, the candidates were allowed to upload their Final Year/Consolidated Marks Sheet of
Bachelors/B.PEd and Masters/M.PEd Examinations on Commission’s Website, vide Notice dated 12.11.2021, for which window was opened w.e.f. 16.11.2021 to 22.11.2021.

Whereas, the situation was once again reviewed on 29.11.2021 and it was found that a number of candidates are yet to upload their mandatory/ requisite /documents and, accordingly, after detailed discussions, it has been decided to give one last opportunity to all such
candidates who have already submitted application form, to upload all the pending mandatory/requisite documents which have been issued before the cut of date, on the website of the Commission for which window shall be available w.e.f. 08-12-2021 to 15-12-2021.

Whereas, the candidates shall follow the following instructions for uploading the documents

i. Login to your JKPSC Account using Username and Password
ii. Go to Submitted Applications Menu.
iii. Click on upload document.
It may be noted that no further opportunity to upload any document shall be provided hereafter and action under rules including rejection of application/candidature will be taken
