JKSSB Class IV Provisional Shortlisting under PwD Category.

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, JKSSB Class IV Provisional Shortlisting under PwD Category JKSSB conducted OMR Based Written Tests for Posts of Class IV( Various Departments), UT, Divisional Cadre Jammu/Kashmir and Various district Cadres, Advertised Vide Advertisement Notice No 01 of 2020 dated 26-06-2020, in three batches on 27th, 28th February, 2021 and 01st March, 2021.

2. The J&K Services Selection Board notified the result/score obtained by the candidates who appeared in the OMR Based Written Test vide notification No SSB/Secy/Sel/Class- IV/2021/3951-59 dated 25-05-2021.

3. Now, therefore:-

i. The candidates under Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category figuring in Annexure “A” to this notice have been provisionally shortlisted for document verification on the basis of final score in the written test. It may
be noted that mere figuring in Provisional shortlist will not entitle any candidates to be included in the selection list/wait list.

ii. The candidates figuring in the provisional shortlist shall be called, in the numbers as will be deemed necessary, to appear before the Document Verification Committee, on the dates which shall be notified, separately, by the J&K Services Selection Board, with the following documents in original:-

a) Copy of Online Application form.
b) D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma /Marks card).
c) Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
d) Persons with Disabilities (PwD) certificate.
e) Domicile certificate.
f) 10+2 Marks sheet /Diploma.
g)Other documents as per the advertisement.
h) Certificate/Documents on formats prescribed by the

General Administration Department in terms of Notification No: GAD-MTGORBIV/57/2021-09-GAD dated 06-07-2021, in case additional points have been assigned to the candidates as per SO 184 dated 04-06-2020. If candidates fails to produce the document/certificate in support of his/her claim for additional weightage/points, the Board shall deduct additional weightage /points from his/her merit and make corresponding changes in the Provisional shortlist without any further notice. A copy of the prescribed forms is annexed herewith for convenience of the candidates

i) In case of candidates claiming possession of equivalent educational qualification, it shall be mandatory to produce relevant Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authorities at the time of Document Verification, and the Board shall take an appropriate view based on the norms governing the subject.

j) An Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit duly sworn before 1st class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that.
o He/she is possessing the minimum qualification of Matric and Maximum of 10+2 and he/she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post on or before the last date of submission of application form i.e 28-08-2020.
o If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she is possessing higher qualification than what is prescribed for the post, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without service of any notice to him/her and that he/she shall have no claim for the post.

iii. Additionally the candidates are also required to produce a self-attested photocopy of each documents/ certificates/Online application form on the day of counselling and document verification.

iv. Candidates are figuring in reserve categories, purely on the basis of details they have incorporated in their data i.e online application form. Their respective claims on this account are further subject to production of valid reserve category certificate at the time of counselling and document verification, in addition to the normal process of verification indicated at para 03(ii).

v. The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any write petition pending before the Hon’ble Court.
