JKSSB Rechecking of shorthand dictation and transcript sheets Jr. Scale Stenographer, Jr Stenographer, Personal Assistant and Steno Typist advertised vide Notification No. 04, 05, 06 & 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 & 03 of 2021-result thereof.

JKSSB Rechecking Whereas the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board conducted the shorthand test (Dictation/Transcription) for the posts of Jr. Scale Stenographer, Jr.Stenographer, Personal Assistant, and Steno Typist advertised vide Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 & 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 & 03 of 2021 at NIELIT Old Airport Road, Rangreth, Budgam from 03.01.2022 to 06.01.2022 and at NIELIT, the University of Jammu from 11.01.2022 to 14.01.2022; and

Whereas, the result of the above said shorthand test (dictation/transcription) was declared by the Board vide Notification No. SSB/COE/2022/4536-42 dated 27.05.2022 in which 292 candidates were declared passed; and

Whereas, representations were received from 51 candidates who were not satisfied with the above result and represented for re-checking of their shorthand transcript/dictation sheets; and

Whereas, the shorthand/transcripts (dictation sheets) of these candidates have been again got re-checked from the subject matter experts and the result of the representees after rechecking of the transcripts sheets remained unchanged.

It is further clarified that the result was declared on 27.05.2022 vide Notification No. SSB/COE/2022/4536-42 pertains for all the posts of Jr Scale Stenographer, Steno Typist, and Personal Assistant but excludes the posts of Steno-Typist of Horticulture Department, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2021 for which minimum speed of 60 and 45 words per minute in shorthand and typewriting has been prescribed under the rules. The schedule for conduct of written test of candidates declared “Pass” for the post of Jr Scale Stenographer and Personal Assistant shall be notified separately.
