JKSSB Notification Regarding Declaration of result, Shortlisting of candidates

Declaration of result, Shortlisting of candidates for the interview/ Viva-voce thereof.

Whereas J&K Services Selection Board advertised 709 posts of various categories  viz Vocational Instructor Sanitary Hardware Fitter, Demonstrator Civil Engineering,  Demonstrator Electrical Engineering, Demonstrator mechanical Engineering, Vocational  Instructor Mechanic Auto Electrical & Electronics (Technical Education Department), Jr.
Engineer Civil (PW/PHE/I&FC Department), Jr. Engineer Electrical (PDD), Jr. Engineer  Mechanical (PWD), Incharge Workshop (Ind.&Comm. Department) and Sr. Lab. Technician  (Civil Engineering), Sr. Lab. Technician (Mechanical Engineering) (Higher Education  Department) under below listed item Nos./Notifications:
142(01 of 2011), 145(01 of 2011), 149(01 of 2011), 298(01 of 2011),  302(01 of 2011), 303(01 of 2011), 210(03 of 2012), 005(01 of 2013),  006(01 of 2013), 007(01 of 2013), 001(01 of 2014), 002(01 of 2014),  134(02 of 2014), 135(02 of 2014), 019(01 of 2015), 020(01 of 2015)  and 056(01 of 2015).
Whereas the written examination (objective type) for these posts was held on  17.10.2015 (Forenoon session) and the Answer Key was uploaded on the official website on the  same day for information of general public/aspiring candidates.  Whereas, representations received from the candidates in respect of  question/Answer options were referred to the Experts in line and their opinion has been  considered. The marks earmarked for the wrong question(s) / the question(s) having in appropriate answer option have been allocated proportionately among the remaining questions  (wherever applicable) as per the rules and regulations in vogue.

Now, therefor in view of the position enumerated herein above, the list of  candidates shortlisted to be called for interview/viva-voce on the basis of their score in the  Objective type written examination & as per the admissibility of 1:5 ratio/criteria for the item  Nos/notifications indicated against each, is hereby notified as per Annexure “A” for
information of candidates. However, the mere admission for calling a candidate for the  interview is purely provisional & does not confer any right for him/her for being selected.  Further, the list of non-shortlisted candidates along with their score secured in  the objective type written examination is available on the official website www.jkssb.nic.in as  Annexure “B” for information of concerned candidates.

The candidates are free to approach to the Board for any sort of  query/clarification(if any) for which they shall represent before the Divisional Offices of JK  Services Selection Board located at Paray Pora Srinagar/Paloura Jammu within “02” days  from the date of issuance of instant notification, no claim whatsoever, shall be entertained
thereafter.
Further, the merit position of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed after  completion of the Selection process .Moreover, copies of other related information will be  provided to the candidates on demand basis within the provisions of RTI Act, after completion of selection process.
