Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Office Of The District Youth Services And Sports Interview Notice for Engagement of Rehbar-e-Khel (District Kargil).

As per instruction issued by Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC Kargil (Chairman District Level Recruitment Committee for Rebhar-e-Khel) the Zone wise interview of the applicants who have applied for the position of” Rehbar-e-Khel” advertised by this office Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2018 Dated: 09-01-2018 is scheduled to be held at Conference Hall Baroo as per below mentioned schedule.

1. The applicants shall report at the venue at 10:00 am on the scheduled date as shown above.

2. The candidate shall report at the venue along with all the original documents (Mark sheet Qualification/degree certificates, Date of birth certificates, PRC,) and a set of attested Xerox copies.

3. No under process certificate shall be entertained.

4. In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview and shall also loose his/her candidature.

5. In case any candidate fails to attend the interview on the scheduled date he I she shall forfeit his /her claim for the selection

6. Engagement/selection for Rehbar-e-Khel position in District Kargil shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition pending in the court of law.

7. This notice shall be considered as a call letter and no separate interview call letter shall be dispatched to any applicant.

8. Action as warranted under rule shall be initiated against the applicant who may furnish fake/fabricated information /documents.

9. N o TA/ DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.
