NHM Anantang Provisional selection list for Jr Pharmacist & Staff Nurse Posts.

NHM Anantnag Provisional selection list for the post of FMPHW/MMPHW, Jr Pharmacist (Allopathic) and Staff Nurse under National Health Mission in District Anantnag

Whereas, DRHS Anantnag advertised various categories of Posts {FMPHW/MMPHW, Jr.Pharmacist (Allopathic) & Staff Nurse} under National Health Mission vide Advertisement Notification No. CMO/DRHS/NRHW19-20/3167-74 Dated:- 19/02/2020.

Whereas, Notification for Written Test of candidates for the above mentioned posts was issued vide Advertisement Notification No: CMO/ DRHS/NRHM/20-21 /781-87 dated:- 04/08/2020 and the same was conducted on 08th August, 2020.

Whereas, Notification for Shortlisting & Interview of candidates for the above mentioned posts was issued vide Advertisement Notification No: CMO/DRHS/NRHM/20-21 /830-34 dated:- 21 /08/2020

and the same was conducted on 26th August, 2020.

Whereas, as recommended by the Selection Committee, on the basis of merit, the candidates in the enclosed list to this notification, annexed herewith as Annexure-A, Annexure-B and Annexure-C are hereby provisionally selected against the posts of FAAPHW/MMPHW, Jr.Pharmacist (Allopathic) and Staff Nurse respectively under National Health Mission in District Anantnag.

Whereas, the selection is provisional & selected candidates are accordingly informed to report, along with all original relevant testimonials/ documents in the Office of Chief Medical Officer (Vice Chairman DRHS) Anantnag within Ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notification.

The Selection is subject to the verification of all relevant documents.

The selected candidate (s) shall forfeit his/her claim to the post if at any stage it is found that he/she has misrepresented any information or produced invalid documents.

Selected candidates have to submit the Affidavit/Undertaking as per the devised format in the Office of Chief Medical Officer Anantnag. Hiring order for the provisionally selected candidates shall be issued by the DRHS Anantnag (CMO Anantnag) and selected candidates should abide by the terms & conditions mentioned in the said hiring order, failing which contractual hiring of the selected candidate shall be terminated.
