It is for the information of all those candidates who have applied for various posts in response to this Office Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2013 dated 03.07.2015 to submit hard copies of their Application Forms along-with following attested documents in the office of undersigned (during office hours) on the dates shown against each category

No incomplete application forms (hard copy) shall be entertained and after last date no application form shall be received:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate.

2. PRC (State Subject certificate).

3. Academic/Technical qualification certificate.

4. Marks Certificates of qualifying examinations.

5. Reserve Category certificate.

6. Experience certificate if any.

7. Married/Unmarried certificate in case of female candidates (reserved category only).

8. Application fee receipt.(in original).
