Provisional selection list of MPHW Male/Females under NHM for Medical Block Gurez.

Consequent upon the advertisement No. 008 of 2021 dated 28-12-2021 regarding the hiring of MPHW Male/Female under NHM for medical Block Gurez and subsequent selection made by the board of officers constituted under Deputy Commissioner Bandipora (Chairman DistrictHealth Society), for which the interview was held on 19th September 2022 in the office chamber of Chairman District Health Society Bandipora, the below-mentioned candidate have been provisionally selected in order of their merit on contractual basis under NHM.

Terms & Conditions:

• In case the appointee wants to quit the service, he shall have to inform the department before one month.
• The engagement is purely on a consolidated basis and shall remain in force for a period of one year only and subsequent drawal of honorarium shall be subject to verification of the date of birth academic and technical certificates/experience which shall be verified by the concerned DDOs from the concerned institute/competent authority. In case of the adverse reports regarding the authenticity of documents, the engagement shall be canceled straight away.
• He shall have to work at the place against which he has been engaged and shall not be eligible for transfer from the place of posting in any case.
• He shall be terminated at any time for nonperformance, indiscipline, an absentee from duty or any other reason without any prior notice.
• He shall not been tited to any allowances or monetary benefit whatsoever except as admissible under the scheme.
• The hiring shall be governed by other terms and conditions that are not specifically mentioned herein but are made applicable in case of such appointments at any time by the contracting authority.
