Sub:  Selection list of candidates for different categories of Class-IV posts(Jammu Division) in the Department

of Archives, Archaeology and Museums J&K Govt.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, vide Advertisement Notification No. 02-of-2015 dated:-21-01 -2015, 09- posts of Class-IV in the Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums Jammu Divisions, were advertised;

Whereas, vide Government order No. 31-Cul of 2015 dated: 21-04-2015, a Divisional Level Selection Committee was constituted for selection of various categories of Class-IV posts in the Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums Jammu Division; and Whereas, shortlist of the candidates was issued vide this office notification no: DAMA-6086-88/AD-30 dated:22-01 -2016 in the ration of 1:5.

Whereas, the interview of the shortlisted candidates was conducted on 29^th February 2016 in the office chamber of Director Archives Archaeology and Museums Mubarak Mandi Old Sectt. Jammu.

Now, therefore, on the basis of weight-age for the academic merit and higher qualification (10+2) and performance in the interview, the Selection List against the advertised posts, in order of merit (forming “Annexures”to this) is hereby notified.

Note:- The Department reserves the right to have the certificates/documents of all candidate verified.

All the selected candidates are advised to report in the office of Director Archives, Archaeology and Museums within a period of 21-days of issuance of this notification, for formal orders of Appointment/Posting.
