Appointment of a candidate for the post of Sub-Inspector State Taxes Department (Finance Department) Divisional Cadre Kashmir under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s package of Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits.Whereas, The Finance Department forwarded the selection /recommendation list for the post of SubInspectors divisional cadre Kashmir under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Package of Kashmiri Migrants and NonMigrants Kashmiri Pandits vide letter No. FD-ESTB/56/2021 -03 dated: 06.10.2021 for verification of Character and Antecedents of the candidates in line with Government Order No. 1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated: 27.09.2021 and

06 (Six) candidates as Sub-Inspector in the pay level (25500-81100) in Divisional Cadre Kashmir in State Taxes Department under Hon’ble Prime Ministers Special Package for Relief and Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrants Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir Valley.

The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production/checking/verification of the following certificates in original.

Academic Qualification Certificate,
Matriculation/ Date of Birth Certificate.
Health Certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer.
Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Certificate from the concerned authorities to the effect that no loan under sell employment scheme has been taken by the appointee concerned.
Migrant Registration Certificate.
Migrant Registration Certificate issued by Competent Authority,
Undertaking in the prescribed format as communicated by CID /ide communication(s) referred to above.

Note: The appointees shall join in the Office of Addl. Commissioner State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement) Kashmir within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this appointment order. In case the appointees do not join within the stipulated period, their appointment shall be deemed to have been canceled ab-initio without any further notice.
