Selection list of candidates for the post of “Sub-Inspector” State Taxes Department (Finance Department) Division Cadre, Kashmir in respect of advertisement vide Notification No. 03 of 2020 dated: 01.12.2020, Item No. 021, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits.

NOTICE

Whereas, Finance Department, J&K, vide No. FD-ESTB/56/2021-03 dated: 06.10.2021 and letter No. FD-ESTB/56/2021-03 dated: 03.11.2021 forwarded selection/recommendation list of candidates for the post of Sub-Inspectors Divisional Cadre Kashmir under Hon’ble Prime Minister Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits received from the department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, J&K vide No. DMRRR-MR/154/2021dated: 05.10.2021 and No. DMRRR-MR/154/2021 dated: 02.11.2021 for verification of Character and Antecedents of the candidates in line with Government order No. 1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated: 27.09.2021 and Government order No. 528-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated: 21.06.2021;

Whereas, out of 350 candidates the recommendations of 325 have been released and recommendations of 25 still withheld by the Service Selection Recruitment Board, J&K;

Whereas, after receiving the verification reports from CID, J&K , the appointment orders in respect of 292 candidates as per the approval of the Finance Department have been issued in their favour vide this office order No. 316-Adm of 2021 dated: 24.10.2021 and order No. 07/J/Adm of 2021 dated: 18.01.2022 and order No. 17/Adm of 2022 dated: 02.02.2022 and 48/Adm of 2022 dated: 03.03.2022, 61/Adm of 2022 dated: 26.03.2022 and Order No. 66/Adm of 2022 dated: 06.04.2022;

Whereas, the Finance Department vide letter No. FD-ESTB/56/2021-03 dated: 17.03.2022 has directed for operationalization of waiting list in respect of 21 candidates who have failed to submit their verification rolls;

Whereas, the following candidates in whose favour recommendations have been released by the Service Selection Recruitment Board, J&K failed to submit their verification rolls within stipulated time period;
