Motor Vehicles Department Appointment of Junior System Engineers.

On the recommendations of Service Selection Board received through Administrative Department, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of below mentioned candidates as Junior System Engineers (under Hon’ble Prime Ministers Special Package) in the Pay Band of (9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 now revised to Level 6 (35400-112400) in Motor Vehicles Department:

The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production of following certificates/documents in original:-

i. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates.

ii. Date of Birth Certificate.

iii. Health Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

iv. Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by the Competent Authority.

v. No Objection Certificate from the District Industries Centre (DIC) & Distr.ct

Employment Exchange to the effect that no loan under the self-employment scheme has been taken by the appointees.

vi. Reserved Category Certificate, if any.

vii. Migration certificate of being a Kashmiri Migrant duly issued by Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, (Migrant).

This order shall however, be subject to the following conditions:

1. The appointees shall be on probation for a period of two years in the first instance which shall be waived off in case of satisfactory performance of the candidates during the period.

2. The appointees shall report in the office of Transport Commissioner, J&K Srinagar within 21 days from the date of issue of Order, and their joining shall become effective only after he/she executes an agreement in the “Form” prescribed t i.der J&K, Kashmiri Migrants (Special Drives) Recruitment Rules 2009 issued order notification, SRO No. 412 of 2009 dated 30.12.2009, failing which they shall foiego the right of appointment and their appointments shall be deemed to have been cancelled.

3. The appointees shall also submit an affidavit duly attested by a Jucicial Magistrate, undertaking therein that in the event of any adverse report rece.ved by the office of Transport Commissioner from the concerned authorities/agei .t.es, to whom a reference shall be made by the Transport Commissioner’s office for verification/certifying the genuiness of documents submitted by the candidate and also in the case any adverse report is received in respect of character antecedents from the concerned agencies, the candidates shall have no claim of appointment and their order of appointments shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio. In that event the candidates shall also not be entitled to any salary/wages for the period for which they might have worked in the department.

4. The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed only after receiving of Character antecedent’s verification and genuiness of other certificates from the verifying agencies viz. CID etc and No Objection Certificate to the effect th3: he has not taken any loan etc. under any self employment scheme.
