Selection List of candidates for Class-IV Posts in State Motor Garages Department (State Cadre).

As recommended by the Departmental Committee for recruitment to Class IV posts in the State Motor Garages Department constituted by the Government vide Order No: 06-TR of 2016 dated 25.01.2016 issued under endorsement No:TR-22/SMG/2015 dated 25.01.2016, the selection list of the candidates as perAnnexureA,B,C & D to this notification for different categories of Class-IV (State Cadre) posts in this Department Viz. Helper, Chowkidar, Cleaner and Safaiwala respectively, is hereby notified for information of all the concerned.

Note:-
1. The recommendation of the aformentioned candidates is subject to genuiness of all academic & other certificates viz-a-viz recognition of institutes.
2. The candidates whose recommentdation has been kept withheld shall submit the requisite documents within “21” days from the date of issuance of the list positively failing which candidate (s) next in merit shall be considered for appointment against the relevant post.
3. The selection list is subject to the outcome of writ petition pending (if any), in any court of law of competent jurisdiction. DIP/J-2317/17
