Selection of candidates as Draftsman in the Power Development Department.

Whereas among others the following candidates have been selected for the post of Draftsman (E) in PDD under Prime Ministers Package for the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Migrants vide Service Selection Board J&K letter NO./Secy/Sel/59/2019/2111-17 dated 19.03.2019;

1. Ashish Bhat S/o Ashok Bhat R/o Ichgam Budgam
2. Naveen Raina S/o Autar Krishan Raina R/o Sallar Pahalgam Anantang.
3. Sanjay Trahroo S/o Omker Nath Trahroo R/o Kralpora Chadoora Budgam.
4. Anil Kumar Koul S/o late Shri Jailal Koul R/o Uttersoo Anantnag.

Whereas the Administrative Department PDD vid No.PDD/VI-/K/18/2019 dated 14.06.2019 has granted approval for issuance of appointment in favour of selected candidates subject to Establishing of migrant status and provisions of SRO-412 dated30.12.2009 and SRO-425 dated 10.10.2017;

Whereas your selection by the SSB is subject to verification of your PRC from concerned DeputyCommissioners through Relief / Rehabilitation Commissioner, Migrants Jammu.

Keeping in view of foregoing paras you are directed to submit the Permanent Resident Certificate issued by Dy. Commissioner concerned in this office with one week for further course action under rules. In case of failure it shall be presumed that they are not interested to join in this department and their selection will be cancelled without giving further notice.
