Subject:- Appointment of Junior Assistants in the Department of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Jammu, Divisional Cadre.

Whereas, Administrative Department vide letter No. CAPD/Estt/98/2010 dated 15.01.2016 for­warded the select list of 34 candidates for the post of Junior Assistants;

Whereas, recommendations of 9 candidates were kept withheld by Service Selection Recruitment Board (SSRB);

Whereas, this Directorate vide Order No. 23-DCAPDJ-of- 2016 dated 21.01.2016 issued appointment orders in favour of 25 candidates with the directions to join this Directorate within a period of 21 days;

Whereas, your name also figured in the select list and appointment order issued by this office but you did’nt join this Directorate within the stipulated period and even till to date;

Now, therefore, an opportunity is granted to the below mentioned candidate(s) to join this Directorate within a period of 07 days from the date of publishing of this notice, failing which it shall be presumed that you are not interested to join this Directorate and your appointment shall be cancelled without further notice:-
