NOTIFICATION

Sub: Tentative select list of candidates against Class-IV posts advertised by this office

vide Advt. Notification No. 01 /DCA of 2006, dated 06.03.2006 and last/final chance for reporting and submission of documents.

1. Whereas 56 number of vacancies of Class-IV were advertised by this office vide Advt. Notification No. 01/DCA of 2006, dated 06.03.2006.

2. Whereas against 56 vacancies a list of 49 tentatively selected candidates was notified by this office vide notification No. DCA/ Class-IV/5281 -85, dated 03.03.2016.The remaining 7 vacancies belong to SC and ALC categories and no candidates are available under these two categories.

3. Whereas tentatively selected candidates were asked to report this office along with original documents within a period of 21 days from the date of publication of the notification.

4. Whereas out of 49 candidates only 18 candidates have reported to this office alongwith documents possessed by them.

5. Whereas before issuing the select list of candidates who are next in merit, it has been decided to provide a last and final chance to the tentatively selected candidates who have not reported to this office till date.

Now, therefore, the candidates whose details are annexed to this notification are provided a last and final chance for reporting to this office alongwith all relevant documents in original within a period of 10 days after publication of this notification failing which the candidates who are next in merit shall be selected and after expiry of the due date no further claim from the candidates who fail to report shall be considered.
