NOTIFICATION

It is notified for the information of all the concerned that the Type test of the candidates on Computer Key Board, who have applied for the post of “Junior Assistant” (CAPD, Department), Divisional Cadre Jammu, under Item No 364, advertised vide Notification No 06 of 2013 dated 10-05-2013, shall be conducted w.e.f 30th of December 2014 onwards at NIELIT Jammu (An Institution Under Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Govt of India), New University Campus, University of Jammu, as per the schedule annexed as Annexure “A” to this notification (Alphabetically).

1. A complete list of the candidates is also available on the Official website of the Board i.e www.jkssb.nic.in and in

the office of the Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Opposite B.S.F Paloura, Jammu, for the

information of intending candidates.

2. The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials before the responsible official of the

Board, failing which he/she will lose the right to sit in the Type Test. A photocopy of each such certificate duly

attested by the Gazetted Officer with his / her seal and signature of the officer and self attested by the candidate

shall be deposited with the Staff. Further, in case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility is proved, the can-

didate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as ineligible and disqualified accordingly.

3. Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or mak-

ing false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him / her liable for criminal prosecution under

law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by

the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate(s).

4. Failure of a candidate for appearing in test on the scheduled date & time shall debar the candidate from appear-

ing in the test on any subsequent date and shall forfeit his /her right of consideration.

5. No supplementary test shall be conducted by the Board, in whatsoever circumstances.

NOTE:-

a.No TA / DA shall be paid by the Board for appearing in the Type test.

 b.All the candidates are advised to bring Photostat copy of each certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer with

his/her seal and signature and self signed by the candidate himself should be brought along for depositing at least

one hour earlier before the start of the test and if the candidate reports after start of the said test he/she will not

be allowed to appear in the said type test and no claim in this regard shall be entertained at any stage.

c.Candidate must bring 2 passport size photographs to be pasted on Answer sheet /Admit Card.

d.The candidates shall also bring a Photo Identity Cards/Document acceptable as their identity proof.

e.Failure of a candidate for appearing in the Type Test on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall for

-feit his/her right of consideration.

f.The candidates have been included in the list provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the

Test who are within age, possess valid category certificates and prescribed qualification certificates before cut off date.

g.Mobile Phones are not allowed in Examination Hall.
