Consequent upon notification No. 3 of 2018,dated 19/07/2018,4of 2018 dated l/l 1/2018,5 of 2018 dated 14/12/2018 Applications were invited for 14 posts of Junior Staff Nurse ( 1 PHC Bufflaiz surankote 1 post PHC Bhatadurrian. 1 post DEIC Poonch. 7 post HDU DH poonch& 4 posts Dialysis Unit DH Poonch),2 posts of Pharmacist under RBSK.1 post of Lab Technician SNCU DH Poonch & I post FMPMW SC Donugam Block Mandi under NHM Total 167 applications were received and 137 candidates appeared for written test of JSN 38 candidates for I post of pharmacist Block Mandi under RBSK.38 for 1 post of Pharmacist under RBSK Block Mendher and 55 for FMPHW vide notification no.CMO/P/NHM/ACTT/765-770 dated 26-12-2018

As Approved by Chairman District Health society vide letter no NHM/CMO/P/2019-20/431 -433 dated 17/08/2019 On the basis of academic merit and written test,70 candidates are shortlisted for 14 posts of Junior Staff Nurse. 10 for 2 posts of the pharmacist 1 Block mendher, 1 Block Mandi) .5 for one post of FMPHW on the merit basis in the ratio 1:5 and date was fixed on 3/9/2019 & 4/9/2019 at Dak Bunglow poonch at 10.Am

Shortlisted candidates are informed to report along with their all original Documents at below mentioned date time &venuenotificd in the paper as Anncxure A.
