SKIMS Junior Pharmacist Appointment Notice.

Appointment of Junior Pharmacist (Gr-II) at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, Srinagar.

Consequent upon the approval of the Administrative Council to the recommendations of the Senior Selection Committee of SKIMS, conveyed vide reference at (ii) above, the sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Mr Ajaz Ahmad Ganai S/o Mohd. Sultan Ganai R/o Kohlina, Wagoora, Baramulla as Junior Pharmacist (Gr-II) in the Pay Level 4 (25500-81 100) under RBA Category at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, Srinagar.

The appointment shall be governed by the Jammu & Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020 notified vide S.O. 192 dated 17th of June 2020.

The other terms & conditions of the appointment shall be as under:

Joining time: (21) days from the date of issuance of this order as per instructions contained in Circular No. 14 JK (GAD) of 2020 dated 17.06.2020, which are reproduced herein below:

“The candidate, who fails to join within a period of (21) twenty-one days from the date of issuance of the appointment order shall forego his right to appointment which shall be deemed to have been canceled ab initio without any further notice”.

The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates (in original) in the office of the Administrative Officer (Policy):

i. Matriculation/Date of Birth certificate.

ii. Academic/Professional Qualification / Marks certificate.

iii. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

iv. Certificate from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employees & Counselling Centre concerned to the effect that no loan under any self-employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.

iv. Medical Fitness Certificate from SKIMS, Soura.

vi. Valid relevant category certificate.
