SKIMS Walk-in Interview /Written Test for the Post of Microbiologist/ Research Scientist and Lab Technician

SKIMS SOURA Notification: It is notified for information of all those candidates, who have applied for the post of Microbiologist/ Research Scientist & Lab Technician pursuant to advertisement notice referred to above and have been found eligible that their Interview/ written test shall be conducted as per following schedule.

The list of Eligible/ In- Eligible candidates forming Annexures”A & B” is available on official website of Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, www. Skims.ac. in.

SKIMS Microbiologist/ Research Scientist interview details

Reporting Time:-

Microbiologist/ Research Scientist: 11:30 AM (Room No. 2119, Administrative Block, SKIMS)

SKIMS Lab Technician written test details

Reporting Time:-

Lab Technician: 12:00 PM (Genetic Centre, SKIMS)

Other terms and conditions shall remain applicable as per notice under reference. The candidates are advised to download admit cards from SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in) by filling in following details for the post of lab technician only w.e.f August-11-2020 from 06: 00 pm onwards

• Serial Number as per Annexure (A & B)
• Date of Birth

All the candidates are advised to affix latest passport size photograph duly attested by gazetted officer in the space provided on the admit card.

The candidates are further advised to keep all requisite certificates in original along with themselves with (02) recent passport size photograph at the time of Interview /written test:-

NOTE:-

The candidates will not be permitted to appear in the written examination without admit card and a valid photo identity card, deputing their photo clearly.

The list of candidates shown in the Annexure-A & B of this Notice is provisional and has been devised on the basis of information provided by the candidates in his/her application form.

Any candidate found guilty of impersonating at any stage of selection process or has submitted fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material in his/her application form shall render him / her liable for criminal prosecution under law and will be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitment’s made by the SKIMS.

In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in the Interview/ Witten Test on the scheduled date, he/ she shall forfeit his/her right for consideration.

If any candidate is having any query related to admit cards, he/she is advised to visit office of Administrative Officer, Policy (Room No 2119) up to August 13, 2020. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained afterwards.

No TA/ DA, will be paid for participation in the Interview/ written test.
