Jammu and Kashmir Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir Shalimar notification.

The representations received by the University from some of the candidates who responded to the Preliminary Screening Committee recommendations notified for general information and inviting objections vide Notice No. Au/Adm(GAD)/2019/ Advt/41129-20 dated 20.7.2020 were considered by the Screening Committee on merits in light of the documents/certificates furnished by them alongwith their Application Forms for various posts against Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2019 dated 7.3.2019.

The report of the Screening Committee on case to case basis forming Annexure-A in reference to the representations and the Final eligibility recommendations as per Annexure-B, www.skuastkashmir.ac.in are hereby notified and placed on the University website for information of all concerned.

Such of the candidates who have been either listed as”reportedly inservice” on the basis of receipt of representations which states that their Application Forms ought to have been routed THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL which has not been followed as being inservice candidates, or” Inservice but Experience not counted for lack of documentary evidence” in the Final eligibility recommendations Annexure-B) shall be treated as general candidates.

The call letter for appearing in the interview will be sent through e-mail only. All the candidates will therefore check that the email addresses given by them in their Application Forms and indicated in the Screening Recommendations against their names is correct and working. The University shall not be responsible for non-delivery of e-mail due to incorrect address provided by the candidate.

The candidates will ensure to bring with them all the documents/certificates in original, claimed for points/marks as per API Score Card, for verification/authentication at the time of interview.
