Tribal Affairs Top 50 Scheme for NEET JEE Coaching.

Whereas, Tribal Affairs Department launched a scheme for meritorious Tribal students belonging to the UT of Jammu & Kashmir who are desirous to undergo coaching for NEET/JEE Programme;

Whereas, desirous candidates were asked to share the relevant details through email to the Tribal Research Institute J&K by or before 10.07 2022;

Whereas interested candidates shared the relevant details a5 asked for through e-mail under the TOP 50 scheme;

Whereas, all the candidates securing 80% and above marks in the 12th class examination was considered under the scheme;

Whereas, a total number of 157 candidates were found to be falling under the criteria prescribed by the department;

Whereas, before the issuance of the final select list under the scheme, it was felt necessary to provide an opportunity to the deficient candidates to clear the deficiencies within time frame;

Whereas, vide this office Notice No: DDTAJ/268/ 2022, dated: 20.07.2022 a list of all the 157 candidates was published for the information of candidates;

whereas, a total number of 02 candidates reverted back through the mail with the plea that though they had successfully submitted the details but due to some technical issues the same couldn’t be delivered,

Whereas; the claim of these 02 candidates was considered and it was found that though they tried to submit the requisite information through the mail provided in the notification but due to some technical issues the same was not received, hence the claim of these 02 candidates received within 07 days of the publication of the Notice was duly acknowledged.

The commencement of the coaching programme and procedure for verification of the documents shall be intimated separately.
