Visit the National Voters’ Service  Portal www.eci.nic.in/www.nvsp.in

Step 1.    Search your name.
Step 2.    View your details in Electoral Data.
Step 3.    Print Voter Information Slip for your records.
Step 4.    Apply Online for:
•       Change of Address (Form 6/8A)
•       Correction of Errors (Form 8)
•       Deletion of Multiple Entries (Form 7)
Step 5.     Link Your Aadhaar Number with your EPIC Data.
Step 6.    Submit Your Mobile Number and email address to provide further services to you.

You can link your Aadhaar number through SMS to 51969. The format of SMS will be ECILINK space <EPIC Number>space<Aadhaar_number>
