Vodafone Special Tariff Value recharge for J&K customers

Vodafone India has crossed the ‘1 million’ (10 lakh) subscriber milestone in J&K and to celebrate this achievement, the company has announced INR 60 Special Tariff Value (STV) recharge for its pre-paid customers.
The STV recharge promises to give extra talktime to customers against the standard amount received on recharge. On a recharge of INR 60, the customers in J&K will get an assured talk-time between INR 60 and INR 100.
Expressing his satisfaction on reaching the ‘1 Million’ subscribers milestone, Asit Shekhar, Business Head, J&K, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, Vodafone India, said, “Vodafone, growing rapidly, has reached the 1 million subscribers milestone in J&K. The enhanced communication experience and superior customer service offered by Vodafone has enabled us to emerge as the fastest-growing telecom operator in the State. We are sharing this happiness by providing our customers with a STV recharge of INR 60 which offers extra talk-time.”
In J&K, till H1FY15 (end September 2014), Vodafone registered a growth of 16 percent in subscriber base. In terms of coverage network, Vodafone now covers 65 percent of the population in J&K.
In order to ensure best and superior network experience to its customers, Vodafone has been investing in roll out of new sites. Vodafone has also been ramping up its retail presence in J&K. With 63 touch-points in the J&K circle, Vodafone has the largest retail network in the State.
