J&K Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Filling up of Class-IV Vacancies

Filling up of Class-IV Vacancies and rejections of forms/pendency of documents thereof.

Ref:   This office Advertisement Notice no. AD/FCS&CA/BPR/2017/653,

dated: 05.10.2017

Whereas, office has advertised 44 Posts of Class -IV Vacancies (District Cadre) vide communication no. AD/FCS&CA/BPR/2017/653, dated: 05.10.2017 with following break-ups as under:

Whereas, 4148 applications were received by this office in response to the above referred Advertisement Notice within stipulated period.

Whereas, after scrutinizing of these applications by this office as per qualification/criteria prescribed in the Advertisement Notice dated 05.10.2017 a tentative general merit list has been prepared comprising of 60 & 20 points for marks obtained in 10^rh & 12^th classes, respectively which has been kept available online in the public domain of District Website bandipore.gov.in for information of general public/candidates and objections, if any.

Whereas, after scrutinizing of these applications by this office some of them has been rejected and accordingly some of them have submitted less documents which are shown against each as shown in the Annexure A, B, and C.

Whereas, same has been published in daily Tameel I Irshad in two respective dates, however 17 names have not been published.

In View of above, it is informed that if anybody has any objection in this regard, he/she shall submit the same to this office within 07 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours, more on those who has submit less documents as per criteria are also informed to submit within 07 days.

After the expiry of the prescribed period, the objections whatsoever shall not be entertained and the provisional short list may be notified shortly after the expiry of objection period.
