Applications are invited (from permanent residents of J&K State Only) for the following posts to be filled on contract basis for a period of one year only in the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department:

Positions :

Consultant (01)

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience

B.E/B.Tech and MBA with 4+ years experience in relevant field

Salary

Rs 60,000/- per month

Place of Posting

The consultant will have to work in Civil Secretariat, J&K.

Positions :

Data Entry Operator (DEO) (04)

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience

10+2 with one Year diploma in Computer Applications from recognized Institute.

Salary

Rs 20,000/- per month

Place of Posting

One post each DEO is for divisional cadre,

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Candidate must be a bona fide State Subject of J&K.
2. Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.08.2016.
3. Application forms shall have to be received on or before 22-11-2016.
4. In-service candidates shall be required to produce NOC form his/her employers at the time of interview.

The prescribed application form is available at the official website of FCS&CA Department or can be obtained on request from the office of Secretary to Government, FCS&CA Department, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar on any working day between 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM.

Application complete in all respects (on the prescribed format) affixed with the recent passport size photograph of the candidate (duly attested by Gazetted officer) along with a non-refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favour of Financial Advisor/CAO, FCS&CA Department payable at Jammu should reach the Secretary to Government, FCS&CA Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu by or before the last date of submission of the application forms.

Attested photocopies of the following documents should be attached with the Application Forms:-

1. Relevant qualification Certificates.
2. Experience Certificate.
3. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Certificate)
4. Marks certificate of all qualifying examinations.
5. Permanent Resident Certificate.
6. NOC (in case of in Govt, service candidates only).

Candidates who are shortlisted for interview shall be required to produce the original set of above certificates for verification at the time of interview. Candidates who fail to produce any of the above mentioned certificates in original shall not be allowed to appear in the interview and their candidature will be cancelled.
