J&K Public Service Commision JKPSC Recruitment for vacant posts of Assistant Professor (Lecturer)/Lady Medical Officer/Medical Record Officer in GMC.

The following Vacant positions are in Government Medical College Baramulla, Anantnag, Kathua, Doda and Rajouri in Health & Medical Education Department.

In partial modification of Notification No. 01 -PSC(DR-P) of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 read with Notice issued under endorsement no PSC/DR/Lect/H&ME/1/2018 dated 16.02.2018, please read:-

I. /”SKIMS” after the words “University of Kashmir/Jammu” in each discipline in experience column;

II. (a) “M.A/M.Sc in Psychology with M.Phil in Clinical Psychology” or “M.A/M.Sc in Psychology with a clinical Psychologist certification duly recognised by MCI” instead of “MD Paediatrics duly recognised by MCI”. Desirable qualification: “Ph.D in Clinical Psychology.”

(b) “having at least two years experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health in a teaching medical institution recognised by the MCI or University of Kashmir/Jammu/SKIMS instead of “having minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience as Registrar/Tutor, Demonstrator/Tutor or a Senior Resident in a recognised teaching medical Institution recognised by the MCI or University of Kashmir/Jammu”.

3. “MBBS” instead of “MBBS/MD” in minimum qualification against the post of Lady Medical Officer.

4. “M.Sc” instead of “B.Sc/M.Sc” in minimum qualification against the post of “Medical Record Officer”.

v. “MD in PSM” instead of “MBBS/MD” in ‘minimum qualification’ against the post of Epidemiologist-cum- Assistant Professor (Lecturer)”.

The candidates who are fulfilling eligibility in terms of prescribed qualifications and age as on 19.02.2018 for the posts subject to corrigendum under this Notification shall submit applications through online mode for which purpose forms will be available at the website of the Commission from 24.08.2018 and the last date for filling such online applications complete in all respect is by or before 05.09.2018. The hard copy of downloaded online application form alongwith bank challan/e-receipt and other requisite documents should be submitted in the office of Jammu and Kashmir, PSC Solina, Srinagar /Camp Office, Resham Garh, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on or by 08.09.2018.

The candidates who have already applied and fulfill the prescribed qualifications as prescribed in this Notice need not apply.
