Recruitment of Class IV posts (District cadre) in Sheep Husbandry Department Baramulla.

Applications are invited from interested permanent residents of J& K state for recruitment of Class IV posts (District Cadre) in District Baramulla.

The application forms on prescribed format shall be received in the office of undersigned from 15/06/2016 to 05/07/2016 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm .

Qualification as per SRO 99 dated 07/04/2008 min. matriculation, Max. 10+2.

The application forms shall have attested Photostat copies of following documents as enclosures:

1. DOB Certificate
2. Qualification Certificate of 10+2
3. Marks Certificate of 10^th & 12^th
4. Permanent Residence Certificate
5. Physical Fitness Certificate
6. Category certificate if any

Persons applying for the posts of ASM’s can also append following certificate (if any) with their application forms

1. Certificate regarding being member of Gujar/Bakerwal/Chopan/Changpas/Gaddies community who in rearing sheep & goat to be certified by the concerned Tehsildar and duly counter signed by District Sheep Husbandry Officer of the concerned District. The Category Wise breakup of the posts to be filled up through the recruitment process is as under:

Salary :

1. During the first five years the appointee shall be entitled to the maximum of scale of pay along with the grade pay applicable to the post.
2. Every appointee shall after completion of five years on probation be entitled to fixation of pay in the time scale of pay applicable to the post.
3. The appointee shall be entitled to Annual increments, Dearness allowance .House rent allowance. City Compensatory allowance after successful completion of their five years service on consolidated salary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prescribed age for all posts from 18 to 40 years as on 01/01/2016
2. All attested duplicate copies, attached certificates shall be signed by the candidates on the top.
3. Candidates can apply for one post only.
4. Preference shall be given to the male candidates for the post of ASM due to tough job profile.
5. The terms & conditions as per SRO 202 dated 30/06/2015 shall apply to appointed candidates.

The selected candidates shall mandatory have to discharge three years entry service in various farms of the Department for which they shall have to produce an affidavit duly attested by not less than 1st Class Magistrate.
