Application on a plain paper are invited from the eligible candidates for the following positions available in a purely time bound research project entitled “Spatial distribution of ground water quality in the Kashmir Valley with special emphasis on the heavy metal mapping” sponsored by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Ministry of Science &Technology, Govt. of India.

Post: Junior Research Fellow: 01 Post
Qualification: M.Sc.,Environmental  Science,   Geology,      Analytical Chemistry with experience in remote sensing and GIS preferably PGD diploma RS/GIS or MSc. Geoinformatics with Chemistry as one subject in graduation Desirable: Experience in hydrology

Post: Research Assistant: 01 Post
Qualification: M.Sc.,      Environmental       Science,      Geology,      Analytical Chemistry with experience in remote sensing and GIS preferably PGD diploma RS/GIS or MSc. Geoinformatics with Chemistry as a subject in graduation.
