Dr Megha Kaul won the title of fbb Femina Miss India Jammu and Kashmir. Hailing from a small village Hanand, Chowalgam in Kulgam district of South Kashmir and resident of Jammu, Dr Megha Kaul has won the title fbb Femina Miss India Jammu and Kashmir in a contest held at Pune in Maharashtra.
