J&K Latest Weather Update. Night time temperatures rise across Kashmir Valley amid cloud cover and light rains. The weatherman has predicted “erratic weather” with the possibility of light rain and snowfall in isolated areas until February 8. In Jammu and Kashmir, night temperatures rose despite cloud cover and rains in some areas, with only Gulmarg and Pahalgam recording temperatures below freezing.
