Panch Died in a Militant attack in Kulgam. J&K: Militants fired upon a Panch (Independent) identified as Mohd Yaqoob Dar at Kolpora Srundoo area of Kulgam. He had sustained critical gunshot injuries & was shifted to hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries: J&K Police
