Pulwama encounter update 3 militants killed. Security forces gunned down three militants including Arif Hazar (Rehan), deputy of LeT’s top Cmdr (Basit) in an encounter at Pahoo area of Pulwama in J&K today. Arif Hazar was involved in killings of Inspector Parvez in front of mosque, SI Arshid and one mobile shop owner in downtown.
