Jammu and Kashmir Weather update for Next 7 days. The local meteorological department Tuesday predicted a heavier spell of snow in Kashmir from next Saturday. A Met official said the snowfall is expected from January 19, peaking on January 22. At higher reaches it can be heaviest. In plains it can be light to moderate.
