Selection Scheme/Weightage:-
Selection shall be made on the basis of relative merit of the candidates to be determined on a scale of 100 points as per the following scheme:-

| 2 | Percentage of Marks in Post Graduation (in the relevant subject) | 40 points | (on pro-rata basis) |
| 3 | M. Phil | 02 points | |
| 4 | Ph.D | 03 points | |
| 5 | Experience | 15 points | (experience of teaching at HSS level, @ 03 points for each year/academic session subject to maximum of 15 points) |
Terms and Conditions:-
Application to the address of concerned Principal for the aforementioned slots on academic arrangement shall be received in the respective institutions up to 05-03-2018.
The selectees will be required to produce original documents before joining their posting.
The candidates shall be given a Screening Test (written) on such date, time and venue as will be separately notified through print / other media.
- Candidates from within the respective District (where the School is located) may be considered for preferential treatment vis-a-vis candidates form other Districts, in case of relative merit being otherwise equal.
- The candidates appointed in academic arrangement shall get monthly remuneration @7000/- (Rupees seven thousand only).
- The arrangement thus made shall subsist for the current academic session only (viz.2018) and shall not confer any claim for continuation beyond, or preferential consideration in such future engagement in any manner, except as may be provided under norms /procedure prescribed.
