Deadly Tragedy in Nowgam Police Station : 7 killed and 27 injured

NOWGAM: Deadly Tragedy in Srinagar: 7 killed and 27 injured, mostly police and forensic staff, in an accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station late Friday. The explosion occurred while officials were handling a massive 360 kg cache of explosives seized in the Faridabad terror module probe. Rescue efforts were hampered by successive small blasts. Our thoughts are with the injured and the families of the deceased.
