Govt Medical College Jammu Jobs: Applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to UT of Jammu and Kashmir (Jammu Division only) for engagement as Anesthesia Technician engagement for the newly created posts of 500 bedded temporary Covid Hospital in collaboration with the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide G.O. No. 398-JK (HME) OF 2021 Dated 18.05.2021 .initially for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of three years (One year at a time and further extension subject to good performance and conduct).

Application as per prescribed format shallbe received in the office of Personnel Officer, Associated Hospitals of Government Medical College, Jammu.

GMC Jammu Jobs Important Dates:

• Date of commencement for submission of application forms : 14.06.2021
• Last date for submission of application forms : 19.06.2021 ( During office hours)

Documents to be attached along with application form:-

1. Domicile Certificate
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Qualification certificate (Academic & Technical).(Mark sheets of all years/semesters)
4. Category if any
5. Registration Certificate

Terms and conditions:-

• The candidate should be permanent resident/ Domicile of J&K.
• The eligibility conditions and the qualifications for filling up of these posts on contractual basis shall be the same as prescribed for these posts in the relevant recruitment rules.; These posts shall be in the pay scales as indicated in the Advertisement column against each post.
• These appointments shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regularization/ reg­ular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment.
• The selection Committee reserves the right not to fill up any post in case Administrative exigency so demands.
• Conditions of Service in the matter of discipline and conduct of appointee shall be governed by the Rules, regulations and orders in-vogue under the J&K Civil Services Rules.
• The contractual appointment shall be terminable on one month’s notice from either side or on pay­ment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority; provided that the appoint­ment of the contracting party shall be terminable without notice by the appointing authority when­ever the post is filled up on regular basis by it and in that case the contracting party shall have no claim against the Government/appointing authority.

• If a contractual appointee at any point of time wilfully neglect or refuses to perform his duty, the appointing authority shall immediately terminate his contractual appointment with out any notice and shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.
• The application should be on A4 size paper and all the entries in the application form should be in computer typed form.
• Application form found incomplete in any manner during the scrutiny of applications shall be reject­ed without any prior notice to the applicant i.e. all documents as mentioned above should be enclosed with the application form.
• Applicant found having made any incorrect or false statement, suppressing material information shall render himself/ herself liable for criminal proceedings.
• No application shall be entertained after last date of submission of application form, even by post.
• All the contractual appointee, shall be paid full salary corresponding to the Minimum of the Pay Scale including all allowances as long as they remain in the services and actually perform their duties.
