JKSSB notification for candidates, could not appear for Document Verification.

Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board JKSSB Document Verification of the candidates falling under consideration zone for various categories of posts advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01 & 02 of 2021, for which the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination was conducted from 27.10.2021 to 02–11–2021, 08.11.2021 to 12.11.2021 and 07.12.2021 to 11.12.2021– Supplementary dates thereof.

Whereas, vide Notice No SSB/COE/CBT/2022/857–66 dated 02–02–2022, candidates falling under consideration zone for various posts of different Departments advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01 & 02 of 2021, for which the Computer Based Examinations (CBT) was held in multi sessions/slots from 27.10.2021 to 02–11–2021, 08.11.2021 to 12.11.2021 and 07.12.2021 to 11.12.2021, for the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil), Lab. Assistant (Home), Library Assistant(s) & Works Supervisor, Jr. Statistical Assistant and Jr. Supervisor/ Sub–Auditor respectively from 07.02.2022 onwards; and,

Whereas, JKSSB received various representations from candidates that they are falling under consideration zone and were called for document verification, but could not appear before the
Document Verification Committee(s) on the scheduled date(s) due to various reasons; and,

Whereas, the matter was examined and it was deemed expedient by the Board, for the sake of fairness, transparency and to allay fears/misgiving amongst candidates, to provide last
and final opportunity to all such candidates.

Now therefore, in view of the above, all such candidates who were scheduled to appear before the Document Verification Committee(s) in pursuance of the aforesaid Notice, but could not
appear due to various reasons, are hereby called upon to appear before the Document Verification Committee(s) along with original as well as self attested photocopy of all relevant
documents and copy of the online application form on 21st of April, 2022 ( Thursday 10.30 am sharp) at Central Office J&K Services Selection Board, Hema Complex, Sector – 3, Channi Himmat, Jammu or Divisional Office, J&K Services Selection Board, House No. 17, Ibrahim Colony, Lane–2 Parraypora, Hyderpora, Srinagar, failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained at any later stage.
