Terms and Conditions:

The candidates shall possess and demonstrate a good track record and expertise in the field of Engineering (Consultant-Civil Engineer) and Revenue (Consultant-Revenue).
The consultants have to work in Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTO and Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) as may be required.
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis for a period of one year only extendable further subject to the requirement of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC)and Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) and satisfactory performance of the selected candidate.
The candid ale’s con tract can be terminated with 01 Month notice or with remittance of one month’s pay in lieu thereof. Further, if a candidate whishes to leave the services, he/ she have to give one month’s notice or remittance of one month’s salary in lieu there of.
Candidate shall have to submit a declaration that he/ she has not be charged/convicted by the Hon’ble Court nordismissed/ removed/compulsory retired by way of punishment from the service of any Public / Private Sector Undertaking or from Government Department and that the/she has not been declared in a solvent by any court and that there is no enquiry/ vigilance/crime case pending against him/her.
Candidate shall have to submit an affidavit that he/she shall not make any claim for further extension/absorption in Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC) and Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) or J&K Government beyond the Contract Period of one year.
The candidates shall be less than 65yearsof age ason31-03-2022
