Applications are invited on behalf of the District Health Society Kupwara for the below mentioned posts lying vacant in District dialysis Centre SDH Kupwara under National Health Mission (NRHM) to strengthen the health care delivery, improve access to quality health services and to make them functional 24 hours x 7 days services.

B.Sc Renal Dialysis Technology/10+2 with science and Diploma in Dialysis from Govt recognized Institute

Selection Criteria

i. B.Sc Renal Dialysis Technology Diploma in Dialysis = 80 points
ii. Viva Voce = 20 points
Note: Item
(i) on Pro-rata basis In case of Screening
i. Screening Test– 40 Pts
ii. B.Sc Renal Dialysis Technology/ Diploma in Dialysis – 40 Pts
iii. ViVa Voice = 20 Pts = 100 Points

Cadre of Post District Level

The interested candidates should possess the following

Must be the resident of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir & exclusively hailing from District Kupwara & should be in good health & have ability to put in sustained hard work.

The Hiring of the above Staff is subject to the following conditions

Contract will be offered by the District Health Society, Kupwara and not by the J&K Government. The remuneration as mentioned above is inclusive of all allowances, perks etc.
.
The initial contract will be for a period upto 31March 2021, further renewable for a period of one year at a time based on performance and continuation of the NRHM Scheme.

One month notice will be required from the appointee for leaving the job and if failed to do so his/her one month emoluments/honorarium shall be deducted.

Age limit for the said post will be up to fifty (45) years only.

All the Engagements shall be made as per standing guidelines of NHM presently in vogue.

The finally selected candidates shall have to sign a contract with the District Health Society, Kupwara and should be available to join immediately.

In case of unmarried Female candidates, Form should be accompanied with duly issued Unmarried Certificate by Gazetted Officer

At the time of interview, the candidates must produce the original documents of Photostat copies of which were appended with the application form without which the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

NoT.A/DA is admissible/payable for appearing in the interview.

If a contractual appointee, at any time willfully neglects or refuse to perform his/her duties, the services shall be terminable without any notice and he/she shall not be entitled to any salary for such period. The appointee shall be required to work at the place against the post to which he/she has been appointed and shall not be eligible for transfer from the place of posting.
