District Health Society DHS Kulgam Recruitment under NHM.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates of District Kulgam (Medical Jurisdiction) as per the mentioned Medical Blocks on prescribed format available in the office of Chief Medical Officer Kulgam (Convenor, District Health Society Kulgam) for the following vacancies under National Health Mission.

The application forms alongwith copies of relevant documents should reach to the office of Undersigned within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.

The applications received thereafter shall not be entertained.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The engagements for the aforementioned positions are purely Contractual in nature and are terminable at one month’s notice from either employee or employer.

2. In case of unmarried Female candidates, Form should be accompanied with duly issued Unmarried Certificate by concerned Tehsildar.

3. The eligibility in terms of qualification shall be determined as on the last date of submission of application forms.

4. Incomplete applications/documents (under process) in any form shall not be entertained.

5. It may be noted that if at any stage of verification of the documents even after joining, it is found that the selected candidate(s) has/have submitted incorrect/forged documents or have misrepresented information, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim to the post without any notice.
