District Health Society Samba jobs recruitment 2021. | Pharmacist posts | Walk in interview 07.06.2021.

Jammu and Kashmir DHS samba walk in interview notice for engagement of temporary manpower (Pharmacist) in District Samba for COVID-19 management under ECRP for the year 2021-22.

As approved by Chairman District Health Society (District Development Commissioner) Samba. District Health Society Samba intends to engage one pharmacist (left over vacancy) for COVID-19 management on temporary basis under Emergency Covid Response Package (ECRP) for a period of three months.

The candidates who meet the desired qualification criteria as given below & are willing to Serve for COVID-19 management under Emergency Covid Response Package (ECRP) in District Samba can appear in walk in interview at the office of Vice Chairman District Health Society (Chief Medical Officer). District Administrative Complex Nandani Hills. Samba on 07.06.2021 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The reporting time will be 10:30am.

The engagement shall be made only for a period of three (03) months. Detail of posts and eligibility criteria is given as under :

DHS Samba Pharmacist Jobs Details.

• Name of the Posts : Pharmacist: 01 Post
• Remuneration: 12000/- per month
• Minimum Qualification/Experience : 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy Training course from SMF or any other recognized institute registered with State Paramedical Council
• Age limit- upto 45 years

Terms and conditions for DHS Samba Pharmacist Jobs :

1. The applicant mus be domicile of UT of J & K . District Samba
2. Candidates if selected shall have to execute an agreement with the Vice Chairperson (Chief Medical Officer), District Health Society. Samba on this terms of services.
3. Term of hiring shall be for three months only.
4. In case of unsatisfactory performance or violation of agreement, the society shall be well within its power to terminate the services and substitute him/her.
5. The candidate shall not claim any regular appointment /regularization in the department in lieu of this agreement.
6. Applicant found having made any incorrect or false statement, suppressing material information shall render him/her liable for criminal proceedings.
7. The consolidated remuneration per month is inclusive of all allowances and benefits.
8. The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment/extension in the department in view the requirement of staff for Covid-19.
9. The selected candidate shall be allowed to join only on the production of Domicile Certificate. Candidate should bring below mentioned original documents along with them while appearing for interview.
