Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence (Medical College & Associated Hospital, SMVDNSH), Kakryal invites applications from all the interested eligible candidates for engagement of Faculty (Professors & Associate Professors) in various Clinical & Non-clinical departments.

Positions Available:

• Departments and Posts: Faculty positions are available in various departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, General Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Radio-Diagnosis, and Anesthesia.
• Posts: Professor and Associate Professor positions are open.
• Pay Scale:
  • Professor: ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900 (Level 13)
  • Associate Professor: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 (Level 12)

Application Process:

1. Form: Applications must be submitted as per Annexure-I format.
2. Documents: Self-attested copies of relevant documents are required, including degrees, certificates, teaching experience, and research publications.
3. Submission: Hard copies of the application and documents should be submitted to the Executive Director at the SMVDIME office, Kakryal.
4. Fee: A Demand Draft of ₹2,000/- in favor of “Accounts Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Charitable Society” is required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Postgraduate qualifications such as MD/MS/DNB/MDS or higher qualifications (MCH/DM/DNB Super Specialty) are mandatory.
• Teaching & Research Experience: Must meet the criteria outlined in Annexure-II, with a minimum number of years in relevant positions.
• Age Limit:
  • Maximum age at the time of appointment: 67 years.
  • Termination upon reaching 70 years of age.
