Online Application forms are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement against the post of (MMPHW/FMPHW)under NHM on a contractual basis at Associated Hospital GMC Anantnag initially for a period of one year extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance and conduct of the candidate or till the continuation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme, whichever is earlier.

• The candidate must be a domicile of District Anantnag.
• Candidates having higher qualifications other than (MMPHW/FMPHW) can not apply forthe above post.
• The selection of candidates for each post shall be as per the criteria conveyed by state Health Society, NHM vide its letter No. SHS/NHM/J&K/HR/87-101 dated 25.07.2022

How to apply: Interested candidates can apply online at the link www.gmcanantnag.net upto 03.11.2022 from the publication of this advertisement and also submit hard copy of the requisite documents in the office of the undersigned at the main campus of GMC, Dialgam Anantnag up to 03.11.2022 at 04.00 PM

Application forms once submitted successfully will not be editable. Candidates will be solely responsible for all the information submitted by them. In case of any information is found incorrect/deficient/incoherent at any stage, the application form shall be summarily rejected and such candidates will be debarred from all future engagements.

Note: The list of eligible candidates should be uploaded on this portal only, which shall have to undergo a screening test.
