GMC Kathua Walk-In Interview Notice for Junior Residents/Demonstrators/Senior Residents.

Applications are invited through walk-in interview from Non-PSC doctors for the tenure posts of Junior Resident/ Senior Resident/Demonstrator in various specialties in Govt. Medical College, Kathua (New Building) on 09-02-2021 as per schedule given below:

Reporting time for interview: 11:00 AM For verification of documents: 11:30 AM Timing of interview: 12:30 PM

Terms and conditions:

(A) Junior Residents

1. List of documents to be attached with the application (two sets):

a. Date of Birth proof.

b. MBBS Degree.

c. MCI or J&K State Medical Council registration certificate.

d. Marks certificate from 1st to final year MBBS.

e. Internship completion certificate.

f. Attempt certificate.

g. Merit certificate, if any.

h. Certificate of extra-curricular activities/sports, if any issued by the competent authority.

i. Domicile Certificate.

j. All the selected candidates shall be required to submit an affidavit duly attested by the judicial magistrate to the effect that he/she will not leave the residency mid-way and will serve for the tenure period of 06 months.

(B) Demonstrators/Senior Residents

The list of documents to be attached with the application (two sets):

1. MBBS Degree.

2. MD/MS Degree/Diploma in concerned subject (MD, MS candidates will be preferred).

3. MBBS Degree Registration Certificate from MCI or J&K State Medical Council.

4. MD/MS Degree/Diploma Registration Certificate from MCI or J&K State Medical Council.

5. Attempt certificate of 1st, 2nd, pre-final and final MBBS examination issued by the concerned university.

6. Internship completion certificate.

7. Marks certificate from 1st to final year MBBS.

8. Distinction/ National scholarship/ Honours/ Medals/Academic merit certificate.

9. House job certificate (Junior Resident) issued by the concerned principal or equivalent, recognized authority.

10. Professional publications in MCI permitted indexed standard medical journals, if any.

11. Date of birth as per matriculation certificate.

12. Domicile Certificate.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of combined academic merit and performance in the interview as per the rules/order issued.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
