Jammu Jobs Govt Polytechnic College Jobs Engagement of Guest Faculty in Government Polytechnic for Women, Jammu. Notification No. : 04 of 2025 Dated: 11-02 -2025

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates who are domicile of UT of J&K for the engagement as Guest Lecturer for Academic Session May-June 2025 on need basis as mentioned below.

The application along with documents should reach the office of undersigned by or before 25-02-2025 up to 03:00 PM.

Branch/ Discipline : Mathematics

Minimum Qualification : Master’s degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks

Branch/ Discipline : Electrical Engineering

Minimum Qualification : Master’s degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks

Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks in appropriate branch/discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institution / University OR

Three Years Diploma with minimum 65% marks in appropriate branch/ discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University

Preference will be given to higher qualification

Terms & Conditions :

1. Selected candidates shall be paid @ Rs 750/- per lecturer subject to a maximum of Rs 20,000/- per Month.

2. The candidates shall submit all documents, relevant experience if any along with the application form.

The candidates will be engaged as per the merit list prepared by the Institution.

The Merit list shall be Prepared with following criteria

A. 80 points for basic qualification (pro—rata basis)

B. 05 points for Higher qualification

C. 05 points for GATE/NET/SET.

D. 05 points for teaching experience (Polytechnic Diploma level or Higher Level) pro-rata basis. (01 point for each academic year.) E. 05 points for Interaction with the concerned candidates.

3. The engagement of the Guest Faculty is purely on need basis for current academic session May-June 2025 only or till the faculty is provided by Director, Skill Development Department, J&K whichever is earlier and shall not be, in any case, be taken as claim for absorption in the Department.

4. The Selected Candidates shall submit an undertaking/affidavit duly authenticated by the First Class Magistrate before joining indicating clearly that he/she shall not claim for continuation of his//her services and the agreement can be terminated at any point of time without any notice period.
