Senior Fellow: Not more than 52 years
Research Fellow (Selection Scale): Not more than 50 years
Research Fellow: Not more than 50 years
Associate Fellow: Not more than 45 years
Research Analyst: Not more than 35 years

IDSA Recruitment Salary:

Senior Fellow: Level 14 ₹ 1,44,200 – 2,18,200/-
Research Fellow (Selection Scale): Level 13 ₹ 1,23,100 – 2,15,900/-
Research Fellow: Level 12 ₹ 78,800 – 2,09,200/-
Associate Fellow: Level 10 ₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500/-
Research Analyst: Level 6 ₹ 35,400/- per month

IDSA Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Fellow: PhD or M.Phil. degree or Master’s (at least second class) in Social Sciences and allied fields such as public policy, international relations, strategic affairs, and development studies with a minimum research experience of 10, 13 or 16 years respectively.
Research Fellow (Selection Scale): PhD or M.Phil. or Master’s degree (at least second class) in Social Sciences and allied fields such as public policy, international relations, strategic affairs, and development studies with a minimum research experience of 07, 10 or 13 years respectively.
Research Analyst: Master’s Degree with a first class in Social Sciences and allied fields such as public policy, international relations, strategic affairs, and development studies is essential. Preference shall be given to candidates who have a background in the respective fields and have completed M.Phil. or Ph.D. in the desired area.

IDSA Recruitment Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
