Applications on plain paper are invited for engaging Guest Faculty to teach the following Trades/Subjects to the trainees of this institute for the session 2018-19 & 2018-20 @ Rs 250 per lecture subject to the maximum of Rs. 7500/- per month for Degree Holder and (3) Rs. 7000/- for Diploma Holder till the regular arrangement is made. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir State and the preference will be given to the candidate belonging to District Doda.

The applicant must possess the following Qualification as prescribed below:-

01	Plumber Normal	1.             Passed 10th  Class under 10+2 system with Science and Mathematics 2.             Technical Qualification:- •Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Branch of engineering with 01 or 02 years post qualification experience respectively. OR NTC in same or relevant trade with 04 years’ post qualification experience. OR NAC in same or relevant trade with 03 year’s post qualification experience. 3.             Desirable Qualification: Passed National Craft Instructor Training courses in same OR relevant Trade
02	Stenography & Secretarial Assistant Normal Stenography & Secretarial Assistant Self Financing	(a)                  Passed 10th class examination (b)                  NTC/NAC in the trade with three years’ experience in the relevant field Or (c)                   Diploma (AICTE approved) in relevant field with two years’ experience in the relevant field. Or (d)                  Degree from recognized university in the relevant field with one year experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to a candidate with craft instructor certificate (CIC)
03	Mason (B.C) Self Financing	NTC/NAC in the trade of Draughtsman Civil with 03 years post qualification experience OR Diploma /Degree in Civil Engg. With 2/1 years’ post qualification experience respectively Preference will be given to a candidate with CITS.
04	Draughtsman Civil (Self Financing)	1.                    Passed 10th class 10+2 stem with science and Mathematics. 2.                    Degree or Diploma in civil branch of engineering with 1 or 2 years post qualification experience respectively OR 3.                    NTC in same or relevant trade with 05 years post qualification experience OR 4.                    NAC in same relevant trade with 04 years post qualification experience 5.                    Passed National Craft Instructor course in same or relevant trade.
05	Sewing Technology (Normal)	a)                     Passed 10th class under 10+2 system of examination b)                     Degree/Diploma and other must have NTC/NAC qualification in the relevant field.

How to apply

The application form on prescribed format duly completed in all respects should reach the office of the undersigned by or before 14/08/2018 up to 04:00 PM along with the following certificates.

• Academic/ Technical Qualification/Marks Certificate
• Date of Birth Certificate and Health certificate.
• Permanent Residence Certificate.
• Character Certificate.
• Experience if any.

The selection of the candidate for engagement on Guest Faculty basis shall be made from eligible candidate purely on merit basis.

The selected candidates shall have to execute an affidavit/agreement with department, on prescribed format duly attested by the judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will have no claim for permanent absorption in the department on the basis of this engagement for the specific period, at the time of joining without which he/she will not allow to join.

The candidate engaged shall have to maintain proper discipline, punctuality and shall have to work to the entire stratification of the trainees as well as the institute management committee. Indiscipline will entail disengagement.

In the event of regular appointment on the basis of selection conveyed by the J&K Services Selection Board the candidate engaged in Guest Faculty shall be discontinued and shall have no right to continue in the agreement.
