JK NHM Hiring of Contractual staff for strengthening of National Tobacco Control Programme.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for hiring of staff under National Tobacco Control Programme at Divisional/District, purely on contract basis for a period of (01) year extendable on the basis of performance or till the continuation of centrally sponsored scheme, as per the breakup given below.

Essential Qualification

Essential: Post graduate in Public Health or Social Science or Management or related field from a recognized institute/university or MBBS/BDS candidates with at least 3 years experiences. Desirable: At least 3-5 years of work experience in the Health Sector experience of working in the Govt. Sector at National/State Level

Experience in Tobacco Control issues and knowledge about international/national tobacco control policies and health programs will be given preference.

Age Limit Upto 40 years

Essential: Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com or MBA (Finance/Material Management) with knowledge of computers Desirable: At least 5 years experience in State level and at least 3 years experience in district level in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting system. Experience of working in health care financing/national health accounts.
