02) First Aid Coordinator – 01

03) Project Manager, Jan Aushahdi – 01

DETAILS OF PAY, QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

01. Programme Manager
(Consolidated pay:  Rs. 18,000.00 Per month ) (Tenure Post- Upto 31^st  December, 2017)

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

1. Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university (Preferably Social Science, Management, Disaster Management or other relevant field).
2. Minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field (Handling and Implementation of programmes at State Level / providing of Trainings (presentation / demonstrations) / Drafting of Projects / Volunteer Database etc).
3. Good computer skills specially on MS Office suite.

Desirable:

1. Age not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2017.
2. Willing to work in both the capitals of the State.

02. First Aid Coordinator

(Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,000.00 per month ) (Tenure Post- Upto 31^st December, 2017)

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

1. Graduate with at least 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Certified First Aider
3. Lay Lecturer or BLS instructor or equivalent
4. Minimum 02 years of experience as First Aid Trainer for the populations responding in disasters/emergencies (Ability to design and deliver First Aid Trainings modules)

Desirable:

1. Age not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2017
2. Willing to work in both the capitals of the State.

3. Project Manager for Jan Aushadhi Project
(Consolidated Pay: Rs. 16,000.00 per month)  (Tenure: 01 year contract)

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

1. Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharma with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.

2. Preference will be given to the candidates with post qualification experience on a post with handling supplies of medicines / coordination with supplier / outlets including the timely updation of accounts and quarterly based sales report.

3. Good Computer Skills with specialization in MARG Software.

Desirable:

1. Age not exceeding 35 years as on 01-01-2017
2. Willing to work in both the capitals of the State

04. Personal Assistant
(Consolidated Pay: Rs. 15,000.00 per month) ( Tenure: 01 years)

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

1. Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University with at least 50 % marks and having

    speed of not less than 100 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing on computer.

2. Minimum 02 years experience in the relevant in any organization / department / autonomous 

    bodies.

3. Good computer skills and good shorthand knowledge.

4. Good communication skill and Comprehension of drafting

Desirable:

1. Age not exceeding 35 years as on 01-01-2017
2. Willing to work in both the capitals of the State.
3. Shorthand is necessary for the post.
